12 Otis Spunkmeyer Sweet Discovery Lemon Burst Cookies, baked and cooled

8 ounces semi sweet chocolate, melted

1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

  1. Dip half of Lemon cookie in melted Chocolate.
  2. Press the 'front' of the chocolate side of the cookie into the coconut to coat.
  3. Allow chocolate to set before serving.
