12 Otis Spunkmeyer Sweet Discovery Lemon Burst Cookies
2 cups White Chocolate Chips
2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
3 tablespoons Shortening, divided
Preparation
- Bake and cool Lemon Burst cookies according to package directions.
- Melt each chocolate with half the shortening in microwave safe bowls.
- Dip cookie halfway in white chocolate and let set on parchment paper.
- Turn cookie 90 degrees and dip in milk chocolate. Let set on parchment.
- Serve.
