Otis Spunkmeyer Black and White and Lemon cookie…a variation of a classic Black & White cookie using Lemon Burst frozen cookie dough.

Ingredients

12 Otis Spunkmeyer Sweet Discovery Lemon Burst Cookies

2 cups White Chocolate Chips

2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips

3 tablespoons Shortening, divided

Preparation
  1. Bake and cool Lemon Burst cookies according to package directions.
  2. Melt each chocolate with half the shortening in microwave safe bowls.
  3. Dip cookie halfway in white chocolate and let set on parchment paper.
  4. Turn cookie 90 degrees and dip in milk chocolate. Let set on parchment.
  5. Serve.
