Ingredients

2 cups Mixed Fresh Berries

BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

1 cup Butter
2 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon Zest

Preparation

Buttercream Frosting: Place Butter and Lemon Zest in mixing bowl and blend using hand mixer, slowly adding powdered sugar; blend until smooth. Place in refrigerator for 45 minutes before piping onto cookie

Final Prep Instructions:
Drizzle Snickerdoodle cookie with buttercream frosting

Add 1 cup of fresh berries and serve.
