Preparation and Cooking Suggestions
NOTE: This cookie is not recommended for wood fire burning ovens.
Convection Oven:
- FROZEN: place pan cookie on baking sheet and place foil over cookie. Bake for 450F for 4 min and 30 seconds.
- AMBIENT: place pan cookie on baking sheet and place foil over cookie. Bake at 450F for 2 minutes.
Actual baking time will depend on the dough temperature, # of cookies baked, oven air flow and oven temperature accuracy. Do not overbake.
Serving Suggestions
