Preparation and Cooking Suggestions
Bake Frozen Otis Oven 16-18 mins Convection Oven 300-325 °F 8-10 mins Standard (Residential) 350-375 °F 11-13 mins • Place frozen dough pieces on an ungreased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow enough space between each cookie to ensure evenly baked cookies. • Refer to the time/temperature chart. Baking times are unique to your oven. Watch cookies closely near the end of the bake time. • Cookies are done when the color is light golden brown around the edges and there are surface cracks in the center. • If necessary, rotate the tray of cookies halfway through the bake time for an even bake across the tray. PLEASE NOTE CHIPPERY™ GOURMET COOKIES ARE DESIGNED TO GO STRAIGHT FROM YOUR FREEZER TO YOUR OVEN EXCEPT FOR THE 4.5 OZ SIZE WHICH NEED TO THAW FOR 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO BAKING. *To reduce spread on cookie dough pieces, simply increase oven temperature. If more spread is desired, decrease oven temperature and add a few minutes to the bake time.
