Otis Oven 280F for 12-14 min
Convection Oven 300F for 10-12 min
Rack Oven 300F for 10-12 min
Actual baking time will depend on the dough temperature, # of cookies baked, oven air flow and oven temperature accuracy. Do not overbake.
For increased cookie spread, bake at the lower temperature indicated, and allow the dough to thaw on the sheet pan prior to baking.
