Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar

2 tablespoons Water

1/2 tablespoon Light Corn Syrup

1/4 teaspoon Clear Vanilla Extract 

3 tablespoons Sanding Sugar - Silver/White

12 Otis Spunkmeyer White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies, baked

Preparation
  1. Make the royal icing. Add the powdered sugar, water, light corn syrup, and clear vanilla extract to a bowl and whisk to combine until all of the powdered sugar is dissolved.
  2. Transfer to a piping bag until ready to use.
  3. Top the cooled cookies with the white royal icing followed by the silver and white sanding sugar before letting the cookies fully dry.
