Thaw the cookie dough. Place the triple chocolate cookie dough on a covered sheet pan and allow it to thaw at room temperature for 1 to 1 -1/2 hours.
Prepare the skillet. Press the softened cookie dough evenly into a 6.5” cast iron skillet, making sure it covers the bottom fully.
Place the skillet in a preheated oven at 325°F and bake for 16-18 minutes until the cookie is set and slightly crisp around the edges.
Add the toppings. While the cookie is still warm, top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle generously with chocolate sauce, then add whipped cream and chocolate curls. Finish with a maraschino cherry on top.
