Triple Chocolate Cookie

Ingredients
  • 6 Triple Chocolate Cookie Dough Pucks
  • 12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Melted
  • 3⁄4 cup Mini Multi-color Candy Gems
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Bake frozen cookie dough on a parchment-lined sheet pan for approximately 18-20 minutes.
  3. Melt the chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
  4. Once cookies are baked and cooled for a few minutes, spread melted chocolate over half of each cookie.
  5. Sprinkle with multi-color candy pieces
  6. Allow chocolate and candy pieces to set before serving.
