One 16" Cookie

Our frozen cookie dough can bake up into a giant, shareable cookie of just about any size and goes great with ice cream, too.
Ingredients

Otis Spunkmeyer® Frozen Cookies Dough, any flavor, thawed

Vanilla Ice-Cream, optional

Preparation
  1. Press enough defrosted cookie dough into a 16" cast iron skillet until you have a ½-inch thick layer of dough.  
  2. Bake in a 300°F oven until a cake tester or paring knife inserted in the center comes out clean.  
  3. Serve immediately with ice cream or whipped cream.
