6 Otis Spunkmeyer Sweet Discovery Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough-1.33 oz
2 cups Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs-Medium
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 pinch Powdered Cinnamon
1 dollop Whipped Cream
1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees (F).
2. Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
3. Bake Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies according to supplied directions and let cool.
4. Crumble cookies evenly into the bottom of the pie pan and form a base crust approximately 1/2"" thick
5. Cream cheese layer—Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with hand mixer in large bowl until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat on low speed until well blended.
6. Add cream cheese layer to pie pan using 1/2 of the batter.
7. Pumpkin layer-Gently blend pumpkin puree with the remaining batter on low speed until smooth.
8. Spread carefully on cream cheese layer.
9. Bake 35-40 minutes until surface is firm.
10. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Dust with pinch of cinnamon and add dollop of whipped cream to each slice.
