24 (1.33oz) Otis Spunkmeyer® Double Chocolate Cookie with Pink Gems
1 ½ cups marshmallow cream
Crushed graham crackers for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Bake cookies according to instructions, then remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
On the underside of 1 cookie, spoon or pipe 2 tablespoons of marshmallow cream in the middle. Top with second cookie- topside facing up, and press down until filling just meets the outside lip of cookie sandwich, roll edges in crushed graham cracker crumbs.
