Ingredients

Otis Spunkmeyer® Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

White chocolate 

Candy canes

Preparation
  1. Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler.
  2. Dip the cookies into the melted white chocolate.
  3. Place the freshly-dipped cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
  4. Allow to cool and enjoy!

Note:  Melting white chocolate can be tricky.   To avoid problems, boil the water in the double boiler before topping with the white chocolate then turn off the heat.  This will help to keep the chocolate from overheating.
