12 pieces Otis Spunkmeyer Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, dough, thawed

Apple Pie Filling

Preparation

Press the cookie dough onto the bottom and up the sides of 12 greased mini muffin pan cups. Bake according to the directions for cookies. Set aside to cool.
Fill each oatmeal cup with 1 fl.oz of apple pie filling.
Serve warm or cool completely and serve with whipped cream or ice cream and additional apple slices.
