Extra buttercream frosting can be put to good use with a few of our oatmeal cookies! Simply make the sandwiches and roll in the toppings of your choice.
Ingredients
Otis Spunkmeyer Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Prepared buttercream frosting
Toppings: Rainbow sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, or chopped walnuts
Preparation
- Spread a generous amount of frosting onto half of your cookies. Top with the remaining halves and roll in desired toppings.
- Refrigerate to firm up the frosting a bit or simply eat and enjoy!
