Ingredients

12 cups quartered Strawberries

1 cup Granulated Sugar

7 1/2 cups Full Fat Greek Yogurt, divided

Otis Spunkmeyer 1/4 Sheet Pan Brownie, diced, divided

Preparation
  1. Add diced strawberries and granulated sugar into a bowl and mix to combine. Allow to sit for 10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
  2. To build one portion, add 1/4 cup of yogurt to the bottom of a chosen dish.
  3. Add a 1/2 cup of the strawberries on top of the yogurt followed by diced brownies.
  4. Add another 1/4 cup of yogurt on top of the brownie layer.
  5. Add another 1/2 cup of strawberries on top.
  6. Top the strawberries with a dollop, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, and diced brownies to finish. Repeat for remaining servings. Refrigerate any leftovers.
