Two jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies are filled with chocolate ganache and baked until gooey in a skillet, dusted with powdered sugar and a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients
  • 2 Otis Spunkmeyer® Sweet Discovery 4 oz. Chocolate Chip Cookies 
  • 2oz Chocolate Ganache 
  • 3oz Ice Cream 
  • 1oz Chocolate Sauce 
  • 1/2oz Mini Chocolate Morsels 
Preparation
  1. Spray a small skillet pan with nonstick butter spray. 
  2. Press 1 cookie into the pan. 
  3. Top with 1 generous tablespoon of chocolate ganache 
  4. Place another gently flattened cookie over the ganache. 
  5. Bake per manufacturer instructions. 
  6. The cookie should have a soft ooey, gooey feel and be slightly underbaked. 
  7. Directly out of the oven, add a large scoop of vanilla ice cream to the skillet and garnish with a drizzle of chocolate sauce. 
  8. Sprinkle mini chocolate chip morsels over and serve immediately. Serves 1 to 2 people.
