Snickerdoodle Cookie

1 Cookie Stack

Ingredients
  • 2 Snickerdoodle Frozen Cookie Dough Pucks
  • 3 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Cup Cinnamon-sugar Graham Crackers, crushed

 

OPTION: SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE

  • 5 oz Caramel Sauce
  • 1⁄4 tsp Salt Added
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Bake cookies on a parchment-lined sheet pan for 18-22 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Place a scoop of ice cream on one cookie, then top with the second to make a sandwich cookie.
  4. Roll the edges in coarsely crushed Graham cracker crumbs to coat the ice cream.
  5. Serve with Salted Caramel Sauce on the side for dipping.

 

OPTIONAL SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Gently warm caramel sauce over low heat. Add salt and whisk until fully combined.
  2. Remove from heat . Let cool for a short time before serving.
