Chocolate Peanut Candy Trio Cookie

Ingredients
  • 1 Chocolate Peanut Candy Trio Cookie Dough Puck - thawed
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 oz Peanut Butter Sauce for drizzle
  • 1/2 Cup Whipped Cream
  • 1/8 Cup Chopped Peanuts
  • 1 Maraschino Cherry
Preparation
  1. Thaw Triple Chocolate Cookie in a covered sheet pan for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
  2. Press cookie into 6.5” Cast Iron Skillet covering the bottom evenly.
  3. Bake for 18-22 minutes at 325 degrees.
  4. Top Chocolate Peanut Candy Trio Cookie with Vanilla Ice Cream, Peanut Butter Sauce,
  5. Chopped Peanuts, Whipped Cream and Cherry.
  6. Serve immediately.
