Preparation and Cooking Suggestions
Preparation: 1. Place frozen dough pieces on a parchment lined baking tray. 2. Rack Oven: 350 ºF for 11-13 minutes. Convection Oven: 300 ºF for 12-14 minutes. 3. Do not overbake. Cookies continue to bake for two minutes after removal from oven. Adjustments may be needed for different shop conditions. 4. Let cool to room temperature before packaging.
