Preparation and Cooking Suggestions
Place frozen dough pieces 3” apart on a parchment lined baking tray.
Otis Oven 280F for 20-24 min
Convection Oven 300F for 17-20 min
Rack Oven 325F for 16-18 min
Actual baking time will depend on the dough temperature, # of cookies baked, oven air flow and oven temperature accuracy. Do not overbake.
For increased cookie spread, bake at the lower temperature indicated, and allow the dough to thaw on the sheet pan prior to baking.
Do not consume raw cookie dough.
Serving Suggestions
