- 1 Otis Spunkmeyer Iced Lemon Mini Loaf Cake
- Fresh pineapple
- Orange and yellow sprinkles
- 1/4 Cup whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp. pineapple juice (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice (optional)
Preparation
- Cut Iced Lemon Mini Loaf Cakes in half, then cut into small 1/4 inch cubes.
- Mix whipped cream with 1 Tbsp. pineapple juice and 1 Tbsp. orange juice to make citrus whipped cream, or leave plain if you'd prefer.
- To create parfait, start with a layer of lemon loaf cubes, top with whipped cream, top with a pineapple ring or chopped pineapple, and finish it off with more whipped cream and sprinkles.
