Citrus Parfait

Method

  1. Cut Iced Lemon Mini Loaf Cakes in half, then cut into small 1/4 inch cubes.
  2. Mix whipped cream with 1 Tbsp. pineapple juice and 1 Tbsp. orange juice to make citrus whipped cream, or leave plain if you'd prefer.
  3. To create parfait, start with a layer of lemon loaf cubes, top with whipped cream, top with a pineapple ring or chopped pineapple, and finish it off with more whipped cream and sprinkles.
  4. Enjoy!
