Snack Spotlight: Iced Lemon Loaf Cake
We always say, when life hands you lemons, make Lemon Loaf Cake. Well, maybe not always. It’s no secret that we at Otis Spunkmeyer LOVE cookies. But you’ll never see us turn down a tiny little sweet lemony loaf cake we can hold in our hand. This baby is both sweet and tangy and equal parts amazing. It is a deliciously moist cake that you can eat any time of day (any excuse to eat cake, right?). Still feeling guilty? The sweetest thing about them is we left out the funky stuff. That means no artificial coloring, partially-hydrogenated oils, or high-fructose corn syrup. Eat it by itself or use it in a recipe, like this Lemon Loaf Trifle.
