Good Funk, Bad Funk

Some funk is good: James Brown? Good funk! Carving your path? Good funk! Crème Cakes full of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS)? Bad funk! Partially hydrogenated oils, artificial colors, artificial flavors?! BAD FUNK!

We like the funk, but we don’t like the funky stuff in our food. Which is why we go beyond just making them delicious. Of course we wanted our snacks to be tasty, but we also wanted them to be a better option than what was out there. We set out to remove the “funky stuff” that you’ll find in many other snacks. This includes partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, and artificial colors and flavors. The results were fresh muffins, cookies and cakes, with No Funky Stuff.  Watch our blind taste test and see what we mean.
